At Aventon, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all e-bikes and accessories in new, unused condition. Our goal is to make the transition from shipping to cycling as seamless as possible for every member of the Aventon community.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the authorization process.
Package Your Gear
Carefully repackage your items in their original factory box with all protective padding, manuals, and chargers included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
